Nilanda NI02
The Nilanda NI02 impresses with its elegant look and soft feel – it consists of 75 percent finest silk and 25 percent Himalayan highland wool.
This designer rug comes from the Nilanda Collection, which Mischioff launched on the rug market in early 2017. The combination of Chinese silk with a small percentage of Himalayan highland wool subtly accentuates the design and complements almost any modern interior!

Like all carpets in the Nilanda Collection , the NI02 is also handcrafted to a high standard. The Fair Trade label STEP guarantees environmentally friendly production, is committed to fair carpet trading , and advocates for good working conditions for workers in the Manufactory . Regular on-site inspections ensure fair wages and environmentally sound manufacturing methods.
The approximately 160,000 knots per square meter (Tibetan knotting technique) underscore the high quality of the carpet. Professional Nepalese weavers skillfully combine classic patterns with modern elements from the design templates, creating magnificent and expressive carpet designs .
Furthermore, highland wool represents an optimal, subtle stylistic element to impressively showcase the complex designs made of silk.
Soft and decorative colors create a modern ambience
The Nilanda NI02 scores with a composition of soft beige, red, blue, light and dark brown and black hues, so the gentle color transitions and contrasts are expressively highlighted.
The designer carpet is usually available from stock in the standard sizes 300 x 230 and 250 x 185 centimeters and can also be individually produced in many other desired sizes – here you have to allow for a delivery time of around four months.
