Circlism C07
Our inspiration presented here is a modern floor art piece from the Circlism Collection. The collection is the special implementation of a long-standing idea by managing director and artist Dani Misio.
Inspired by his own paintings, he created the unique carpets in this exclusive collection. The C07 model is reminiscent of an endless starry sky at night, which only reveals its countless details upon closer inspection.
Made with a lot of effort
The Circlism C07 consists of around 2,500 circles, which in turn create their own symmetries and arrangements. Different shades of grey, blue, yellow and beige are used - a total of ten different colors, the composition of which ensures harmonious color gradients.
the Weaving of a Circlism carpet is done entirely by hand, with the production of circles being one of the most difficult weaving challenges in carpet production. Since each circle is a work of art in itself, this work requires enormous care and precision.
The production of the carpets with approximately 160,000 knots (Tibetan knots) per square meter is exclusively the responsibility of the craftsmanship of the most skilled weavers in the Mischioff Manufactory in Nepal . It takes around four months to create a modern masterpiece for almost any living environment using high-quality wool and exclusive silk.
Decorative color schemes for modern living ambience
The Circlism Collection was presented to a broad (professional) audience for the first time at DOMOTEX and IMM 2016. It includes various, elaborately implemented carpets with different designs and color variants, which are available in the standard size of 300 x 230 centimeters, but can also be ordered in your personal and individual desired size.
With their pile height of around ten millimeters and the very decorative color combinations, the designer carpets not only ideal for modern furnishings, but are also a real eye-catcher in many other furnishing styles. All carpets in the extraordinary Circlism Collection are based on designer Dani Misio's own paintings. The C07 model presented here is made from 100 percent high-quality virgin wool from the Himalayan highlands. The wool carpet also be ordered with a silk component - the rhythmic play of the circles is further enhanced by the material mix of wool and silk.
