Introducing the Tibey C2204-P15 from the Tibey Collection. The collection impresses with various exclusive carpets, which are very popular because of their particularly high silk content and the special loop & cut knotting technique.
This special knotting system ensures that the designs of the carpets appear slightly broken up, creating a modern vintage look. Depending on the viewing angle, the viewer sees different patterns and colors. Thanks to its special structure and contrasting colors, the Tibey C2204-P15 is an absolutely present and decorative furnishing accessory that impresses as a designer piece in many living rooms.
Exciting looks thanks to the loop & cut structure
Its changing appearance and extraordinary structure make the Tibey C2204-P15 so unique. The designer carpet has a special line structure: knotted alternately in wool and silk, only the silk line is cut open - the wool line, however, remains closed and is kept a little more in the background.
This is how the exciting structure, the subtle vintage look and the slightly iridescent look of this exclusive, modern carpet .
The Tibey C2204-P15 combines classic and abstract design elements, which are created through the successful combination and overlay of individual elements within the design. The classic-looking ornaments in the soft pink-red tone of the high-quality designer carpet are irregularly overlaid by high-contrast colors and thus – in the truest sense of the word – “overgrown”.
The exciting look of the Tibey C2204-P15 is also ensured by its black loops, which visually break up the design and highlight the extraordinary colors of the silk even more.
High-quality carpets at fair conditions
Like all carpets in the Tibey Collection, the C2204-P15 comes from a Mischioff partner manufactory in Nepal. Here, experienced weavers produce the first-class carpets entirely by hand - with a knot density of around 160,000 knots per square meter.
Mischioff only uses the most exclusive materials for the Tibey C2204-P15: high-quality virgin wool from the Himalayan highlands and the finest silk from China. It is precisely this noble mix of materials that is responsible for the exceptionally elegant look and feel of the Tibey carpets. Despite the high silk content, the Tibey C2204-P15 is very robust and can be easily maintained with regular vacuuming. Like all Mischioff products, our inspiration is in line with the guidelines of the fair trade label STEP - a well-known independent, internationally active organization for fair carpet trade .
Can be ordered from stock or in your desired size
In addition to the practical standard size of approximately 300 x 230 cm available from stock, the carpets in the Tibey Collection can also be ordered in individual sizes and sometimes in desired colors.
The delivery time for carpets from stock is on average 4-5 working days. Carpets custom-made for you usually require a production time of around four months. This period depends on the size of the carpet - please speak to our customer service in advance!
