Nilanda NI19

Our inspiration presented here, the Nilanda NI19, comes from the Nilanda Collection of the same name. The designer carpet impresses with its particularly soft pile and its very elegant appearance.

Consisting of 75 percent of the finest Chinese silk and 25 percent of high-quality Himalayan highland wool, the carpet impresses both visually and tactilely. The high silk content creates an irresistible shine, a highlight for every modern home!

Abstract art without symmetries

With approximately 160,000 knots per square meter (Tibetan knotting technique), this work of art is created entirely by hand. The combination of different shades of beige, brown and gold creates both gentle color transitions and expressive contrasts.

What is special about this carpet is at the same time extraordinary - the design template by designer Dani Misio does not reveal any classic patterns or symmetries: modern, artistic and abstract elements result in an exclusive carpet that creates an individual living ambience.

The Nilanda NI19 is a product of high-quality handcraft, which also applies to all carpets in the Nilanda Collection . In addition to our standard size of 300 x 230 cm, the NI19 can also be produced in individual dimensions - allow for a delivery time of around four months.

In our Manufactory in Nepal, the STEP fair trade label ensures ecological production and shows Mischioff's commitment to promoting fair carpet trade as well as fair wages and environmentally friendly manufacturing methods in Nepal. Regular on-site inspections guarantee good working conditions for the workers in the Manufactory .
