The rug is knotted alternately in wool and silk. However, only the silk line is cut, hence the name "Cut," while the wool line remains closed, hence the name "Loop." The silk rows are slightly raised. This technique gives the rug its sheen and soft surface, making the Tibey TB36 feel like a pure silk rug .

The Tibey TB36 is so popular with our customers that it's produced in countless sizes and variations. This designer rug is available in round, oval, square, or rectangular shapes. We've already made this special rug in the following sizes: 250 x 180, 300 x 230, 350 x 300, 400 x 300, 450 x 450, and up to 700 x 400 cm. However, customer requirements are always the deciding factor.
If your desired size isn't available, it will be custom-made for you. Samples are also available upon request.
