Light arises from within – Mamlin MA18
Mamlin MA18
The combination of natural materials virgin wool and silk shines brightly from the heart of the Mamlin MA18, which is surrounded by a delicate, dark blue edge.
Almost as if the night sky wanted to embrace the glow of the stars forever. The light spreads out in rays that combine all the colors.
Red, orange, blue and earth tones run delicately along the thicker, white lines. The design goes back to Mischioff designer Dani Misio, who is not only at home in the world of carpets, but also cuts a creative figure on the screen. The entire Mamlin Collection is inspired by an exhibited canvas artwork by Dani Misio.
Difficult implementation but worth it
The transfer from the canvas to the carpet was not as easy with the Mamlin collection as some might think, because the lines and color changes are not easy to Weaving . Nevertheless, the design idea never completely disappeared - fortunately, otherwise the unique Mamlin collection would not exist.
Unlike the other Mamlin design carpets , where monochrome rows of knotted highland wool always lie as closed loops in the background, the Mamlin MA18 has alternating colorful lines that give the carpet a unique charm.
Thanks to the innovative Loop & Cut knotting structure, the colors fade into the background and yet characterize this special carpet. If you like it playful and detailed at the same time, this modern rug the perfect choice.
A mix of rough and gentle
While the high-quality virgin wool from the highlands of the Himalayas provides warmth and brings a touch of rough nature into the carpet, the finest silk from China gently and shimmers through the Mamlin works of art.
