Townhouse Montreal
Six worlds in one building
The town house in Montreal combines completely different furnishing styles and uses carpets from Mischioff
Whether it's a dream purple children's room, a rustic dining room or a modern winter garden with a green background - the town house in Montreal is a very special feast for the eyes of every design lover.
In 2016, the town house in Montreal was decorated by Alain Courchesne from the design studio Igloo Design. He chose six large carpets from our various Mischioff collections for the different rooms, each of which tells its own story and embodies its very own style. By using different carpet collections, the functionality and aesthetics of the rooms can be increased. The Town House in Montreal is a shining example of this.
Because it belongs to different collections, each carpet has its own characteristics that support the overall impression of the rooms in their individual charisma. These characteristics include the material and pile height, as well as colors and patterns. A green carpet, which brings the freshness of nature into the winter garden, underlines the connection to nature, which finds its way into the building through the all-round glazing, while subdued colors with antique-looking patterns underline the rustic style with massive wooden furniture in the dining area.
This unique use of our carpets enables special orientation within the building and ensures clearly recognizable functionality of the rooms.
