Bright eye-catcher connects old building and modernity

The charm of an old apartment building is always something very special. In Zurich's old town, the Tibey Reverse softens the antique ambiance.

The color and design of the Tibey Reverse from our Tibey Collection embody understated elegance. The design is subtle – it takes a second glance to discern the pattern. A delicate blue-gray tone flows through the soft white, creating a cozy atmosphere despite the brightness. Depending on the viewing angle, this results in a subtly shifting visual effect.

The project was implemented in 2022 in collaboration with Zingg-Lamprecht AG. The timeless, light-colored design, on which the light-colored seating area is arranged, contrasts with the rustic and artistic wood paneling throughout the room. The high-gloss polished wooden floor with its diamond pattern provides the perfect ambiance for a modern oasis of relaxation.

Like the impressive fireplace in the room, the carpet design and seating pick up on the lighter tones of the color palette, inviting the eye to rest. Gold was chosen as a color accent in our reference project. The carpet design offers a wide range of design possibilities and encourages experimentation with color. For example, bolder shades of blue would also be suitable, harmonizing beautifully with the fireplace.
