Branding doesn't stop at carpets either

Interior design and customer colors? Absolutely!

Corporate identity plays a crucial role for almost every company, from small businesses to large corporations, as design is decisive for brand building. To stand out from the crowd, it sometimes needs to be more expressive in terms of color, and ideally of the highest quality.

Younger startups, in particular, are embracing extravagance, but with a focus on consistency. This is also true of Migros Bank's e-branches. The self-service branches in three cities have now been uniformly furnished. The interior design firm p-vision in Winterthur undertook this project, opting for carpets from the long-established Swiss company Mischioff. Designers Dani and Sascha Misio have created a clear statement with a customer-centric approach.

The three branches in Affoltern am Albis, Vernier, and Aigle are aglow with striking pink, paired with vibrant green. At the customer's request, the carpets were dyed in the company colors at the Mischioff Manufactory in Nepal. A pink carpet now frames a seating area in the lounge, while a gray carpet adorns the meeting room.

These carpets are kilims. In a kilim, the weft threads on both sides of the carpet create the pattern. Kilims originated in Asia Minor, the Balkans, Iran, and the Caucasus region.
